For the second time, We are delighted that Yates Renewable Energies LTD have selected to sponsor our Conwy Dementia Centre. A huge thank you from us all at Carers Trust North Wales, we appreciate all the support!
We have been able to provide workshops and activities for both carers and people living with Dementia using their funding and we look forward to doing it again this year thanks to their generosity.
